I have been using Smurfs for a few years for work and personal shuttle service. They have always been on time, professional and pleasant to work with. Barbara at the office is quick to respond to emails and they always answer the phone when you call. My last trip was a 6AM flight out of Logan and my driver was at my home promptly at 4:30AM to pick me up and get me to the airport. I can always rely on them when I need a ride anywhere.
They never turn down or balk at any kind of timing request. I have to do a lot of freakishly early things (things = rides to the airport) for work here and there, and no matter how early, they're always up for it and around. You can't be 100% sure there's an Uber or Lyft driver around at 3:00 am on a Thursday "morning," but these guys will have your back if you call ahead of time.
I required transportation to the airport for two trips all within a month of each other. Both trips were extremely early in the morning (4am) and as predicted they were there on time! Actually arrived a little earlier which was nice.
On my second trip, I screwed up the dates for a very late/early morning arrival. They were so accommodating to my mistake and picked us up the following day with pleasure. Professional, courteous and clean vehicles! Friendly reliable drivers and amazing customer service!
